Ingredients
  • 3 eggs
  • ⅔ cup sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ⅓ cup margarine
  • 1 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup pecans
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Prepare pastry.
  3. Beat eggs, sugar, salt, margarine and syrup with hand beater.
  4. Stir in pecans.
  5. Pour into pastry.
  6. Bake until set - 40 to 50 minutes.
  7. Cool.
