Ingredients
  • INGREDIENTS:
  • -3 OZ CREAM CHEESE (SOFTENED)
  • ½ CUP FIRMLY PACKED
  • 1 CUP OLEO BROWN SUGAR
  • CUPS FLOUR
  • LARGE EGGS BEATEN
  • DASH OF SALT
  • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA
  • 2 TABLESPOONS MELTED BUTTER
  • DASH OF SALT
  • 1 CUP TULAROSA PECAN COMPANY’ PECANS (SMALL PIECES)
Instructions
  1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 35O
  2. CRUST:
  3. CREAM TOGETHER CREAM CHEESE AND OLEO.
  4. ADD FLOUR AND SALT,
  5. BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH,
  6. YOU MAY NEED ½ CUP MORE FLOUR.
  7. USE ABOUT 1 TBSP. OF DOUGH AND ROLL INTO BALL;
  8. PRESS INTO MINI-MUFFIN PANS.
  9. FILLING:
  10. BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
  11. POUR INTO MUFFIN PANS; BE CAREFUL NOT TO OVERFILL.
  12. BAKE 18 MINUTES AT 350, REDUCE TO 250 AND BAKE 5-8 MINUTES, OR UNTIL LIGHTLY BROWN.
  13. LET COOL COMPLETELY, POP OUT WITH SPOON OR BUTTER KNIFE.
  14. YIELDS 3-4 DOZEN
